Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person.
- If the registrant cannot attend the IUPAB-SBBq-SBBf 2020 Meeting his/her registration must be cancelled.
- The payment receipt and a letter requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by August 1st, 2021 at the email address: congress@sbbq.org.br.
- Refund will be limited to 70% of the paid registration fee to cover operational and bank fees.
- After August 2nd, 2021 no refunds will be issued.
